Rev. Dr. Robert J Dean is a theologian, pastor, and writer based in Southern Manitoba. He currently serves as Associate Professor of Theology and Ethics at Providence Theological Seminary, where he also acts as Editor of the school’s interdisciplinary theological journal Didaskalia. Rob has written several books and many articles, most of which in some way or another address the question of what it means for the Church to be a faithful community of witness within this strange time in which we find ourselves. Rob is an ordained minister within the Presbyterian Church in Canada and currently serves as the Interim Moderator of Lighthouse Evangelical Arabic Church in Winnipeg. He and his wife Melissa reside in Niverville with their two children, Anastasia and Nathanael. You can follow his musings about life and theology on his blog: thinkingafter.com.
