hey bro what’s up? i’m charlie! i’m gonna tell you all about the person of christ, as well as expanding on what mo already told you. let’s go! on earth, jesus was fully man, but was also god incarnate. incarnate means to make flesh, in latin. that’s how you know it’s true! jesus was born of a virgin, and that shows us that salvation must ultimately come from the lord. the virgin birth was made possible by uniting the full deity and full human into one form, that being jesus. because of mary being a human, jesus had human qualities just like her, which eventually proved to be his demise. but that’s not all they did for him! jesus, being a human, had human limitations and weaknesses. he had a human mind, even though the great knowledge of his father was still somewhat present. he had a human body, which was privy to many dangers as it was a very weak form. and he had human emotions, causing him to feel like humans rather than an omnipotent deity. while all this was true, Jesus remained sinless. despite being in a human form, he still had the sinless nature of his father in heaven, and was a reflection of God in all he did on earth. in conclusion, even though Jesus was born of a human and had human limitations, he still carried with him the spirit of God and loved like so. thanks for listening, bro!
