Listen to the story of Ganesha: son of Shiva and the goddess Parvati. Shiva the destructive god likes to leave for a meditation trip, and he can leave for several years. When he leaves, his wife Parvati stays alone, and she is terribly bored. So she decides to create a child named Ganesha. He is handsome. He is clever. He grows up quickly. Parvati is wonderfully happy. One day Shiva comes back, and he forgot to warn Parvati. Parvati, who is the goddess of the beauty and seduction, always dolls herself up in case Shiva comes back. When Lord Shiva arrives, she is in the bathroom. Lord Shiva enters, and he sees this beautiful man in his house. He doesn't know this young man and he is very jealous. So, he decides to cut his head! Parvati arrives and she cries announcing that Shiva he killed his son. Parvati is desperate. So Shiva, to make it up to Parvati, decides to go and take the head of the first animal he sees to give is to his son. But the first animal he found is an elephant.
