Alejandro we can stay until the store closes so you could come to the ice cream parlor” said gabbs “si si gracias amigo” said alejandro later that day we all closed the store and headed to the parlor before the sun went down we walked in and who would of guessed that kyle and his friends would be sitting right by me and gabbs favorite spot kyle looked over at me and tapped his friend on the arm and looked i didn't want any trouble at all so we walked to the side tables by the windows a lady with pretty light brown skin hazel eyes with black long curly hair she looked about 14 like me she asked “welcome to the parlor my name is malu i'll be your server what can i get ya” gabbs order hers first then alejandro ordered when it was my turn to say what i wanted i said “can i have the super slider swiss please” malu said “oh im sorry those gentleman over there had the last of it” she pointed at kyle. kyle laughed he knows that we come here everyday to get the same ice cream he did that on purpose i said “oh ok then i’ll get the chocolate taser” malu put her pen in her pocket and smiled and said “that's my favorite you're gonna love it” i smiled back and then she said “would that be all” We all nodded our head And then she walked away with her Curly black long hair swinging side to side Kyle look at me and shouted “don't get any ideas dork you have no chance with her” I had no idea what he was talking about I was just smiling meanwhile Malu came back with all three of our ice cream she gave mine first and then gabbs and then Alejandro we all thanked her at the same time “ no problem” she said Soon as we're done we gave Malu an extra tip for being a good waitress As soon as we were done we left to the door but when we were halfway towards the door house and kyle tripped me I fell face flat on the ground I got up “Hey what's your problem” I said and i punched Kyle in his face gabbs and Alejandro tried to break up the fight I ran out of the parlor and went home I didn't say goodbye to gabbs or Alejandro or even thank them for helping. I ran up to my room without greeting my grandparents and my granny knocked on my door “is everything okay? I made food” she said “not hungary” she unlocked my door with her hair clip “alright then just tell me whats wrong “ she said . she came over and sat on the edge of my bed“IT’S KYLE HE WON’T LEAVE ME ALONE” My grandma took a big breath "what did he do to you this time " she said i sat next to my grandma and looked down at my fingers “he tripped me while I was at the ice cream parlor and I sort of kinda punch him in the face I know it was a big mistake Alejandro in gabbs try to break up the fight and I just ran out the parlor like a punk I don't know what to do then because I never defended myself from Kyle” My grandma laughed and I stared at Her and I started to laugh "you finally stood up to that lousy Kyle I'm proud of you " she got up and she went to the door before she closed it she said “You might want to get some sleep you have school tomorrow” I went to bed . We all forgot about it we ate our lunch. After that we went to a couple more classes.
