In the MyCool ID web app, Dashboard is the main page where you can manage all the essential functions related to your account. Let us understand from the beginning how to create a profile and get your MyCool ID kit. We will start with the primary things first. This button -How to manage the Dashboard shows this video. You can click it any time to see this tutorial. This Edit button opens the Edit Member page. On this page, you can Edit or Update all the information related to yourself or any other members. This information includes your name, the unique identification column (like Relation or Student ID or Employee ID, Et cetera), Date of Birth, gender, and your contact mobile number or email address. Remember, you can not update the mobile number or the email address of the member who has created this account as that has been used in account registration. You can also upload or change your profile image from this page. Please follow the Image Upload tips for the best output. This section below is for  Members: Branch and classification which can be simply ignored by the family users. For institutional users like schools, colleges, offices, Et cetera we will configure this section and train them according to their custom needs. Whenever you have some doubts you can click those Help buttons to get useful tips. When all the changes are done then click the Save button. If you have not made any changes or don't want to save the changes you have made - then click the Close button. Once the member's details are updated, then you are ready to create your Smart ID card that holds your emergency medical details. Click on the Create Profile button. One popup will appear on the screen asking few details.  Select the profile type. By default, it is Smart ID Card. Select product options. We have different product kits suitable for Riders, sports persons, travelers, school students, and many more. To know the details about the product available in the kit, and the latest price please follow our Facebook page or talk to our help line or WhatsApp us. You can change this option any time before making your final purchase. Now just type a name for the profile. Any name like My Medical Profile, Help Me, My S O S Details Et cetera. This is just for your easy identification of the correct profile if you have many. Now select Visibility. The default selection is Visible to All and it is the recommended setting. But you can select Hidden or Password Protected if you want to. You can change this setting at any time. The final part is to put a string to generate the profile URL. It should be a small string of a few characters - for example, 'abc' or 'xyz' or the initial few characters of your name. Once done please click the Submit button. if there is any warning then the system will show this here. please rectify that and hit the Submit button again. You will see the message - that the profile created successfully. Your newly created profile will appear hear. Click this Edit Profile button and fill in the details you want to share in case of a medical emergency. To verify if all the information is appearing properly, or not - please click the Profile URL link. Once you are ready then update your postal address where you want to receive your MyCool ID product kit from the Your Address page under the Settings option. Return back to Dashboard and click the Pay & Activate button with the specific profile that you want to activate. On the billing page please put your Friends Reference code (example: MCID24) to get the direct discount. If you have something to mention about the product please put that in the Customer's Request section. But this is optional. Now click the Pay Online button and complete the payment process.
