Transvaginal ultrasound showed 21x22 mm gesatational sac with embryo echo with heart rate in the left uterus corneum and an empty uterine cavity. The myometrial thickness between pregnancy and the uterine cavity was 3 mm The patient was qualified for laparoscopy due to intermural pregnancy suspicion. The patient was positioned with dorsal lithotomy position. A 10 mm optical trocar was placed in umbilicus and 3 5 mm trocars were inserted in lower abdomen. After full adominal inspection a 30 mm gestational sac was found in left corneum of uterine. Lesion was carefully prepared and enucleated without opening of the uterus cavity. Intraoperative ultrasound assessment showed full removal of lesion. Place after enucleated lesion was secured with three layers of sutures. Lesion was evacuated from abdomen in endobag. The postoperative course was uneventful. The patient was discharged the third day after surgery and further treatment was carried on in out-patient clinic. Pathology report confirmed the diagnosis of intramural ectopic pregnancy.
