On a pleasure barge floating in the sky above Prague, a rare piece of jewellery is sold at a secret auction. Two hostile spies, Charles Ruskin and Rebeca Caselli attend undercover. Both believe the jewellery is the mythical cataclysmic device, which is the grand prize for all spies. The auction becomes the opening move in an elaborate and dangerous game where the two spies team up against common enemies, but are ready to doublecross each other to snag the prize that only one can take home.
