In my opinion, it is a good idea to have some jobs in the holiday. This is because we can gain some experiences, learn how to work together with team, go to see how the reality is, try new things that you have never tried before, this can make us become more confident, so we can learn or develop many things or skills from doing the jobs in the holidays that aren’t taught in the classroom. One of them would be money management skill, which is one of the most important life skills as we can learn things like the value of money, how to save it, how to spend and how to manage it. Another benefit of doing jobs during the holiday is that we can put this in our portfolio or resume, to make it more interesting and we have extra money to spend. If someone is looking for ways to earn extra money for vacations, games or books, or even some expensive foods, having a job in the holiday is the best way to get that money and this can be the great opportunity to train you about leadership skill which is hard skill to have. not only money management that is that most important life skill but time management is also important to, we will become more organized and efficient with our time. For me, my plan in the near future, maybe when I’m 16 or 17 is, I would go to Swensen at the mall Bangkapi or lotus Bangkapi both of these aren’t too far form my home so I would go there to apply for a job. Why I choose Swensen’s is because I have a friend that works at Swensen and she told me that job in Swensen is very simple, things you have to do are only serve water, clean the tables, serve ice cream and wash the dishes and they pay well so I think this place is the good for student like me.
