Before going to my working experience, I want to give brief about myself. Hear I’m working with couple of teams 1 is loans team and 2nd one is merchant information dashbord Hear I’m talking about loans in especially auto loan AUTO LOAN:- Auto loan is a product in which loan is offered to customers for buying cars. Hear I’m creating auto loan business AL business deck consist of sourcing metrics, portfolio metrics and profitability metrics for better visualization of business on monthly basis. It is further categorized under two segments of the product (new car segment and used car segment). PARALLEL LOAN:- Primary objective of this activity is to create base for auto loan customers to provide parallel loan. Similarly, customers who have already applied for parallel loan previously do not qualify for parallel loan in the new base. Customers who have minimum eligible loan amount of 1 lac and minimum tenure of 12 months are only eligible for offering parallel loan. Apart from this will do assist my manager by doing AD-hoc’s. Cards department I worked with campaign team to create the business data which is the final output dataset &used by business users & predictive analytics team to create the models. I’m deeply involved in data cleaning and procedures to identify errors, duplicates, and missing values. Here am mainly dealing with two projects one is merchant information dashboard and other is early activation of debit cards. merchant information dashboard provides a solution to access key transaction metrics (spends, transactions, customers) at a merchant level over the past 3 months . basicaly mcc dashboard contains three views 1.oveall 2.monthly summery 3.daiy summery 1.OVERALL: It gives details of all merchant s 3 months data(roling) to indicate performance of all the merchants with basic metrics of spends, transactions and customers .numbers can be brodly filterd based on two catogiries.1 . Card Type (debit/credit) and 2.Transaction channel. 2.Merchant Level(Monthly summery) Merchant and month can be selected with bread classifier of card types and transactions channel 3.Merchant Level(Daily Summery) With The same filters as present in monthly view this view breaks down merchant performance at a daily level it demonstrates spends and transactions activity of a merchant on day-to-day basis and helps understand customer interaction CARDS:- Analysing the performance of various credit cards. the offers that are available on the cards are taken into consideration and the performance of the cards on the basis of those offers is measured. the intial analysis for the strategic planning for the business prepared. IN DETAIL ABOUT ALL THE ACTIVITIES. INSTA_LOAN:- Insta loan is the credit facility given to the customers based on credit cards. This report shows the complete IL base of the reporting month and takers ratio of the loan conversation rates. CLI(Credit limit increase):- Finding out the accounts which are eligible for cli and creating the base of CLI. Tracking the performance of the eligible base for which CLI has been provided through the cli measuring metrics. CLI_BASE: The eligible base for CLI is calculated based on the ETB customers, NTB customers,EMOB customers and CLI programs. CLI_PROGRAM_PERFORMANCE: Once the customer is provided with the cli. Here we are tracking the performance of the cli program initiated based on the below metrics. 1.(MBU at 6th month) 2..Cumulative MSU at 6 months 3.ever 30# rate of 6 months 4.incremental ever 30 # rate of 6months. 5.write off #rate at 12 months 6.incremental write off # rate at 12 months. 7. GUCO rate at 12 months. 8.incremental GUCO rate at 12 months. 1.(MBU at 6th month) :- Marginal balance utilization on the 6th month from the date of issuance of CLI, Here we are tracking the % of the ratio of the utilization of the credit limit of a consumer after providing the facility of CLI(This is considered only post 6th month from the date of CLI. 2..Cumulative MSU at 6 months Marginal spent utilization for 6th months from date of issuance of cli. Here we are tracking mom internal relation in the spends of their credit limit for first 6 months from the date of issuance. 3.EVER 30 # RATE OF 6 MONTHS/;- This is a ratio of count of customers in which we are we are tracking how customers have utilized the cli and paid the minimum balance due in 30 days cycle. 4.INCREMENTAL EVER 30 # RATE OF 6 MONTHS/;- This is a ratio of ever 30 count of customers calculated for the control group ( control group are the customers who are eligible to cli facility but the facility is yet to be given) 5.write off #rate at 12 months :- This is the ratio of the count of customers who are unable to pay the minimum due of their utilization an their status changes to charge off with in 12 months.(if a customers who status has become charge off and again they have paid their bill
