If anyone is having doubts, just go for it! My Dr suggested the sleeve a few years ago and I thought no, that's not for me. I can do it on my own. I continued to gain weight no matter what diet I tried. This past April, I saw this picture on the left of me at my niece's party and I cried realizing how big I'd gotten. The picture on the right was at my 40th birthday party. 50lbs down and still going! I have a new relationship with good food. It's no longer my comfort or entertainment. I'm loving life and wish I would have done this sooner.
