In this video, we are taking you into our factory, walk you through our production line and show you how our shoes were produced. All printing patterns and cutting on the shoes are done by cutting-edge equipment where 100% precision can be accomplished. This is the only part operated only by machines, from here on forward all procedures require impeccable craftsmanship. Our staff stitch any parts and straps on the shoes and we’ll have the uppers ready to transform into proper shapes. Starting from the back counter, the upper material is pressed and fitted onto “lasts”. After applying glue, the shoes are ready for their final assemble, this step is processed by our most experienced staff, it takes a lot of skill to do the job without causing creasing of the materials or leaving marks on the shoes. Then the shoes will be processed by our state-of-the-art forming machine. Designated quality control staff will carefully examine every pair of shoes before they are packed and labeled, ready to ship to our customers all over the world!
