Hello everyone, here is the introduction for IM D A R Data Services team. We will go through who we are, what we do, value statement, achievements, and our future. Firstly, let’s look at who we are. IM Data Aggregation & Reporting Team provides cross-domain data services, reporting and drive automation solutions for business. Our work scope covers the supporting for 4 domains: data quality, Regulatory reporting, Clinical operational reporting, and business operation. Here is our organizational chart. Our team leader is Ou Yang Francis, he is reporting to Diwale Pooja. And under Francis, there are 13 team members. And in B O line, Lori and Sookie are working closely with Poe Susan. Next section is what we do. We are engaged in the following parts. For Data Quality and Reporting, we built data quality monitoring scorecards, provide consolidated business lineage, and developed Registry Quality Control Management System. For Clinical Operational Reporting, we delivered Flex Metric Reporting, PTMF Compliance Reporting, Study Control Tower, and Risk Strategy Hub. In Business Operation domain, we support investigator payments solution, foreign corrupt policy act review, legacy C R O sponsorship responsibilities, and developed Vendor Market Place reporting, CRIS, and TASC. For Regulatory Reporting, we delivered RPS PDM Reporting, Translation Reporting, and CMC Change Management. For PMDR Reporting and Support, we developed PMDR START Governance Dashboard, designed Data Standard User Interface. And the system-generate reports include all Lab Code List and CT metadata in the PMDR. Data aggregation and reporting for systems onboarded in COMPASS. Next is our Value Statement. An integral part of global IM D A R team, we partner across the D A R function lines and provide swift data services, reporting and automation solutions across different domains – Clinical, Regulatory and Business Operations. The upcoming part is our achievements. We collaborated with A&R team to and delivered Study Control Tower. It Enable clinical study teams using online data visualization Control Towers to make faster, data-driven decisions for all aspects of study operations. In COMPASS, we developed background data analysis and foreground data presentation, which highly improves data correctness and the visualization quality. Additionally, it automates the data process delivering instead of labor effort. In PMDR Reporting and Support, we delivered system-generated reports and provides PMDR configuration support and review. Flex Metric Dashboard uniforms integrated and Simple Clean Design, provides measure level trend analysis and Interactive filtering for end users. PDM B O Consolidated Reports supports COVID team on Vaccine Approval Records data, improved Performance more than 50%。 We designed, developed, tested, and deployed Registry Quality Control Management System Rules Engine with more than 300 business rules, as well as reporting and DQ component. Then let us go through data quality team's achievements. Firstly, we worked with digital team and designed RPS data standard dashboard, it helps to reduce manual work for data standard quality check. And for ODX project, we worked with business qualification team and complete assessment among different GPDIP systems. In addition, we delivered PMDR START Dashboard to help users track the tickets status in the START system. And we took over Siebel CTMS Workflow Maintenance as well. In B O domain. In 2021, We've reduced the days from contract execution to the initiation of configuration in Greenphire to 40 days, and developed Semi-automation for vendor Training Compliance report and Vendor Recognition report, helped to save at least 4 hours per week. In 2022, we will Participate in FCPA review and help compile process flow guidance in preparation for the semi-automation of the general process. And we designed Vendor Market Place Visualization. It answers key business questions related to vendor engagement, vendor assessment, and vendor master list. And it will be key in business decision, such as vendor selection. Let’s move on to next section: Our Future. We will build capabilities in advanced analytics that can be leveraged to drive data insights for business.
