The flat tables of the legacy version are also available in the database replication version of the Reporting Database.​ ​ Previously, flat tables were generated using the Integration Server A P I to fetch data from the Altitude uCI Server database, which could cause delays.​ Now, they are generated from stored procedures that will run periodically.​ These will fetch data, process it internally in SQL Server, and fill in the flat tables.​ ​ This means that customers that are currently querying flat tables can continue to use their existing queries.​ ​ By default, the generation of flat tables is disabled. We will later see how to enable it if you need it.​
