A campaign can also works with business segments. These are filters over contact profile fields, and they provide customer segmentation according to the business objective for improved dialing strategies. When configured, the campaign strategy center allows supervisors to control outbound contacts in a flexible way. In this example, we have an image of the Strategy Center, where each column identifies a business segment, and each row is a different contact list. Table cells marked red, or Stopped, means that the campaign is not dialing the contacts that belong to that contact list and business segment. For example, at this moment, the campaign is not dialing contacts from the contact list, “Main Contacts”, that belong to the business segment, “Under 40”. In the same way, table cells marked green, or Started, means the campaign is currently dialing those contacts. In this example, the campaign is only dialing contacts that belong to the contact list, “Extra contacts”.
