Let’s see some more examples of activity outcomes. Let’s return to an example of a debt collection campaign. We may have an activity outcome field for a payment promised date. A classification for this outcome, like: customer will pay And the value of the promised payment. It is also possible to define different levels of activity outcomes. Imagine 3 possible classifications: Useful contact, Non-useful contact, and contact error. For useful contacts, we can have two more sub-levels, making the classification clearer: successful or unsuccessful business goal. And, if the business goal is not successful, we can have an additional sub-level, to define a specific reason. For example, the customer claims to have already paid the debt. This same principle can be applied in other situations, each with its own sub-level. For non-useful contacts, we can classify them as: Customer not found. And for errors, classify them as an unknown customer. In this case, we must review the contacts that were loaded to the campaign.
