In consideration of the performance of the Services and of the acceptance by the Contractor of the restrictions and covenants set out in this Agreement, the Client shall pay to the Contractor a fee at the rate or rates as set out and specified in the Schedule B hereto (the ‘Contractor Fee’) during the term of this Agreement. 4.2 The Contractor Fee shall be deemed to accrue from day to day and shall be paid monthly in arrears by the Client to the Contractor.
