Hello, everyone. Welcome to Social media dashboard user-guide session. We are Innisfree Data Science Team, and we’re here to introduce social media dashboard.. Recently, Innisfree is building a data-driven decision-making infrastructure. ACTION is being planned and made based on data analysis in various tasks, including product development and marketing communication. To manage and analyze social media contents more effectively, we launched an Instagram social media dashboard. This dashboard provides you an in-depth analysis of Innisfree and competitor’s social media contents’ performance. In this session, we'll show you how to use the dashboard and what insights you can get with each page. First of all, you can see this dashboard with full screen by pressing the F11 button. This page is Overview page, where you can find performance data by account at once. The Post graph represents the value of the accumulated number of posts, and the Post Engagement graph represents the sum of Likes, Comment, and saves. Mouse over "exclamation mark" located at the top of each table, to see the definition by metric. Additionally, we would like to inform you that Instagram performance data only includes posts and stories, but not data from Reels. I'll explain more details with an example. I will check the performance of the Innisfree Malaysia Instagram account in May. First, set the date with the date range controller located at the top right. If you click on Controller, a pop-up window shows up, and you can click on this button to set last 7 days, last month, this year, and so on. Click on the calendar to designate May 1st to May 31st and click the apply button. Then you can see that the graph is changed because the date is designated as May on the dashboard. Next, Le’ts select Malaysia account in the filter. In the left account filter, select Malaysia. You can search Malaysia or click the Only button. You can check the performance of Malaysia, and you can check the detailed performance of each post on the right. Click Link button to go directly to the Instgram post. Click on each indicator name, such as Post Reach, Post Engagement, and Views, to sort by that indicator. If you want to check the posting of the point where the figure has risen, click the point in the table, and only the posts uploaded at that point will be filtered in the right table. Click the Reset arrow to turn off the filter. If you select Singapore additionally from the account filter, you can check the performance of Malaysia and Singapore together. To clear filters, mouse-over on the menu bar and click the reset button. This “Instagram overview by period’ page shows you a historical performance of each metric. This time, I will explain the Philippines account as an example. Click the Philippines in the account filter, and select the metric you want to see, in the left filter. In the case of the Impression indicator, the growth rate in the last 7 days is -58.8% and +97.2% in the last 30 days. The graph below shows the trend of performance. The period is specified by default, but you can specify the date as you want. Let's set the period as the latest month. If you look at where the performance suddenly stands out, you can see which posts contributed to the performance. One thing to note is that the graph on the left includes not only the posts but also the performance of the Instagram story, but the table on the right shows only the performance of the posts. In this audience page, you can see the gender and age demo data of followers for each account. However, please note that these indicators are based on sample data, not the whole data. Let’s see the case of Indonesia. Select Indonesia in the left filter, and click the plus button in the right feed. You can find that Jakarta has a highest proportion of followers, and North Sumatra, special region of Yogyakarta follows the 2nd, 3rd highest. You can check other country accounts as well. Next page is Instagram top posts by page, where you can see the top posts that performed well in each metric in order. Let me explain the performance of the image posts posted by Japan account in the last month. In the Account filter, select Japan, and for Media Type, select image. Lastly, you will set the date as the last 30 days. In each metric table, you can see the top post in those metrics, and you can click Link to go directly to the post. In addition, you can leverage the Metric slider filter to see if the indicator is above any value. You can specify the range with mouse-drag, or you can type the value by yourself. In this graph, the higher the Reach is to the right on the X axis, and the higher the Engagement Rate on the Y axis, the higher on the Y axis, the higher the Reach rate is. Bubble size means Engagement. Each Bubble means an account, and you can see what it is by mouse over. If you want to see it on a post level, press the downward arrow to drill down to posts. Let me give you an example with Innisfree official account, which has the highest reach. Click the official account bubble and press downward arrow to drill down to the post level. If you want to see what posts has the highest engagement rate in official account, Click on the post with the highest engagement rate and it will be displayed on the right feed. The default metric is set to Reach, but you can change it into other metrics from optional metrics. Using the media type filter on the left, you can filter the media type. You can set the value range of the metric to see only the posts that correspond to that range. In this page, you can compare the post images by competitors. Let's check what kind of posts our competitors posted in May. First, the competitive brand account you want to check. You can check posts, likes, and comments in the feed. By default, the posts are ordered from the latest, and you can change the sorting criteria by pressing Sort by. You can change the metrics with the optional metrics button. If you click the metrics on the table, it changes to a descending sort based on the metric. If you want to reset the sort and filter, press the Reset button.
