Good morning everyone, Welcome to Auriga Training Certification Program – “WWS Client Architecture". First, let me introduce myself. My name is Rosvanna D’Amico and I’ve worked at Auriga for over sixteen years. My role at Auriga is a Product Engineer of WWS Solution. I am responsible for the design and creation of products. Duties include performing constant market analysis of competing products to determine and establish customer needs and requirements. I'd like to take a moment to introduce my colleague Giuseppe Di Pinto. He is a Solution Architect in WWS’s Suite. Today, I am going to talk about WWS Client Architecture and specifically, as you can see from the agenda, we'll be talking about: o WWSClient Overview o WWSClient Feature o WWSClient Architecture o WWSClient logical structure o WWSClient Module Roles o WWSClient Logging Now, I speak to you About WWSClient Overview. Page 4: WWSClient is a solution developed with Microsoft technology (.NET, C ++) that uses specifications a specific layer created by ATM’s vendor. This layer is called a XFS standard (Extensions for Financial Services) and this layer takes to interface with financial devices. Here, it is possible to see that WWSClient is multivendor, meaning that it runs on any self-service terminal like: NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, Nautilus Hyosung, or other manufacturers. Page 5: WWSClient: Machine Category There are many categories of terminals, as:  Cash out machines (ATM): These Terminals allow to make both withdrawal and informative transactions.  Cash in - cash out machines (ATM): These Terminals, instead, allow to make both withdrawal and deposits transactions.  Cash recycler machines (ATM): These Terminals are complex machines that allow to accepting and dispensing cash, in short automates the cash cycle. Cash recycling improves both staff productivity and operational efficiency. It reduces labor and other cash handling costs while tightening cash controls and maximizing cash inventory.  Cashless machines: information kiosk (KIOSK): These Terminals, allow only informative and payment (without deposit) transactions.  Assisted recycler cash-in (notes & coins) / cash out (notes & coins) machines (ASST): ASD (ASD – Assisted Self-service device, or ASST – Assisted Self-service Terminal). These terminals offer a new form of support and complete assistance that evolves into Customer Education and Retention which improves the experience of all users, including particular categories with specific assistance needs. Page 7: WWSClient Feature – Certifications The solution WWSClient has been certified on an extensive range of hardware from leading manufacturers including NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, Hyosung, Keba, and Sigma. This solution is approved by BAncoat S.p.A (valid in Italy). It is fully compliant with CEN ISSS/XFS 3.x, EMV, and PA-DSS(Payment Application Data Security Standard) standards and is certified on Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 10 based terminals. Page 8: WWSClient Feature – Strengths The product is:  multivendor  modular WWS ATM is a highly modular solution and is easily deployed as a fully integrated solution or in discrete phases. The terminal driving, proactive ATM monitoring, and personalised marketing components can all be integrated with existing systems in any combination to address specific business objectives.  proven scalable WWS ATM is highly scalable and is equally well suited to large networks exceeding 10,000 ATMs and small networks of a few hundred ATMs.  Multibank  Easily deployed WWS is easily integrated with any number of external data providers including authorisation hosts, CRM systems, and third party service providers.  OUTSTANDING AVAILABILITY The WWS solution has a consistent track record of 100% (one hundred) service availability for the application server. Using WWS typically improves the ATM network availability by a full percentage point over previous levels and regularly exceeds 98.7% network availability.  Coverged WWS ATM provides a seamless consumer experience across all channels including both banking and personalised marketing services.  Comprehensive Service WWS ATM offers the most extensive suite of ATM banking services. Page 9: WWSClient Feature – Functionalities In this page are shown serveral functionalities of WWS: deposits, payments,. Etc.   Pag 10: WWSClient Feature – Function access WWSClient supports the access to functions in different ways: CARD, CARDLESS & CONTACTLESS ACCESS Pag. 12 WWSClient Feature –Access to peripherals WWSClient manages the following peripherals Let me now turn to my colleague Giuseppe Dipinto, who will also elaborate on some of these points.
