In this video, we are going to demonstrate the advanced functionalities of the SugarCRM Mailchimp Integration “Premium” extension. Go to the admin panel and click on the module loader option. Here, you will see the SugarCRM Mailchimp Premium is already installed. Next, open the License Module option from the admin page. Here, you’ll see the plugin’s license key is verified and the status is active too. Back to the admin panel, In the Mailchimp Configuration section, you’ll find two options. The first option will show you all the existing configurations and from the second option, you can configure new accounts. We have already configured two different Mailchimp accounts. One account is synced with the Leads module and the second is synced with Contacts Module. Both Mailchimp accounts are assigned to different users as well. These are two different Mailchimp accounts that we’ll be using. Go back to the Mailchimp Configuration page and open any one account settings. At the top, you will find the Webhook URL. Just below that, you’ll find other fields like Unique ID, API Key, etc. After that, open Mailchimp and go to the user profile. From the Extras drop-down menu, click on the API Key option. From here copy the Mailchimp API Key and paste it into the SugarCRM. Go to the Audience section of Mailchimp. Here, click on the Manage Audience drop-down menu and click on the Settings option. Scroll down to the bottom and copy the Unique ID and paste it into SugarCRM. Now, copy the Webhook URL from the top and open the Webhooks option in Mailchimp. Then paste the URL into the Webhook field. After that, open the leads module in SugarCRM and then open the Audience list in Mailchimp. You can see currently there are zero records in both. Now, we’ll create a record in the Leads module. Enter all the necessary information and click on the Save button. You’ll be able to see details in the list view. Go to Mailchimp and refresh the page. The record created in the Leads module is synced here as well. Now, we’ll add a subscriber from Mailchimp. Enter required details and click on the Subscribe button. Again, go to the Leads module and refresh the page. Now, there are two records here. Subscriber added from Mailchimp is synced here as well. Next, open the Contacts Module, currently, there are zero records in here. In the second Mailchimp account also, there are no records yet. Now, we’ll create a new record in the Contacts Module. After filling in the mandatory fields and assigning the record to the appropriate user, click on the Save button. In the list view, you can have an overview of the record. Open the Contacts module of the Assigned SugarCRM user and refresh the page. Here, you can see the newly created record. After that, open Mailchimp and go to the Audience section, and refresh the page. The record that we recently created is instantly synced. Now, we’ll add a subscriber from Mailchimp. Fill in all the necessary fields and click on the Subscribe button. Next, open the SugarCRM Contacts Module and refresh the page. The subscriber we added from Mailchimp is successfully synced. Now, we’ll show you how to sync custom Mailchimp fields into SugarCRM. For this, go to the admin panel and click on the Mailchimp Field Mapper option. As of now, we have not created any settings here. Open Mailchimp, and click on the Sign-Up forms option in the left panel. After that, open the Form Builder, and click on the Text option on the right. Enter details in Field Label and Field Tag. then click on the Save Field button. After that, go to the Audience list, and open the details of one subscriber. Here, you’ll see the custom field we created. Now, we’ll create Mailchimp Field Mapper settings. Enter a name, choose the appropriate user and select the source module. Then click on the Save button. Click on the create button, under the Mailchimp Module fields section. Here, enter an appropriate name and assign a user. In the Subscriber fields, select a field, that you want to map with a custom Mailchimp field. In the Mailchimp field, choose the recently created custom field. At last, click on the Save button. Next, open Mailchimp and fill in some details in the custom field that you recently created. Make sure, that the custom field is populated. After that, open the Leads module in SugarCRM. You can see the custom field is mapped successfully. Now, we’ll go to the edit view and make changes to the field. You can see it in the detailed view. Open the subscriber details in Mailchimp and refresh the page. You’ll notice, the modifications are reflected in real-time in Mailchimp. Thanks for watching.
