Today's video, my thoughts on America. America is the land of the free and home of the brave, or so they say. As an outsider looking in America seems to forget that not too long ago America was the land of the imprisoned and the home of the people who pray on the voiceless. I mean Rap is cool (check out my video on rap). For a long time I actually had dreams of moving to America as it seemed exponentially better than the UK but as I grew older that dream seemed less and less desirable. So I have compiled a list of why America is a third world country with a Gucci belt. First, the tipping. America has very strange social norms. Tipping is seen as a compulsory thing rather than a convenience. This is largely due to the workers being paid a crap salary and therefore forces the customer to pay more money so the worker can survive. Tipping is amazing for the restaurant business as they can pay little to nothing for waiters and waitresses. Ok say you don’t want to go to a restaurant, if you order a takeaway you also have to pay the delivery driver. This is actually some bullshit. If you are thinking to yourself ok I could just pay but card you are even more fucked. This is because as you are paying there is a tipping option and the only way to escape is you need to manually decline. This makes you look like an asshole and it’s likely the next time you have the same delivery driver or go to the same restaurant there will be extra sauce on your pizza. I say be a rebel and force those cheap bastards to pay their employees a fair salary. Second, health care. America's healthcare is a private sector and focuses on maximising profits for a trillion dollar sector. Doctors are rewarded for over prescribing medication which hooks the patient. Let me leave it at that before the pharma goons come after me. What shocked me about hospitals is that if you are not insured you can easily have a 6 figure debt to the hospital. Say you broke your arm, the ambulance call will cost you 2 thousand and the medical attention will cost you north of 5 figures. The healthcare system fuels multiple industries and leaves working Americans to suffer at the hands of greed. Third, racism. America is a country built by the race that it oppresses the most. The mainstream media keeps on fuelling anger on both sides and seems to divide the country in two. And it seems extremely ironic how the native people are targets of racists. Everything in America is very focused on race; it is super fucked. Three point two, stereotypes. American stereotypes are actually funny. One of the most funny is the stereotypes that black people like fried chicken. This actually funny as chicken is the most consumed meat by all races and for some reason I feel as if vine had something to do with that stereotype. Also, I feel as if the stereotype that Asians eat cats and dogs came from America. It’s hilarious that immigrants are mocking other immigrants. Just to end things, Why 64 is probably not coming to America any time soon and if I do I pray Kamila Harris doesn’t advocate to sentence me to life without parole for sexual assault because I was staring at her too long.
