Thank you for downloading the FITGP APP which stands for Fitness With Gym Pantos. With this tutorial, we'll explain to you how to use the app and get great results for your fitness needs! First, you need to sign in where you can see the main page. Hit the programs button and go to the workout routines, where you can find more than 120 different workout plans to follow depending on your needs. Pick one. Open the top left picture, where you can see the description of the exercise in English and Greek. Scrolling the picture to the right, you can see the video with the demo. Go back and then open the picture on the right and do the same thing, then go back to the down -left, do the same, then to the right, and so on till you finish the program! You can find also in this menu all the exercises, some delicious recipes, the BMR calculator where you can find the total amount of calories to eat for being healthy and the workout record to track your progress. AND DON'T FORGET TO TALK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE YOU START ANY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY! Have fun and stay healthy!
