My hard work and determination earned me numerous awards and recognition from top management and enabled me to be promoted to new positions in respective companies. Why I love Talent Acquistion? Firstly, no two days are the same. You could be spending your days solving problems, ranging from seemingly simple to complex. I love that it is not easy — I for one love a good challenge. I might feel overwhelmed at times, but solving a problem is the best feeling in the world. Whether we are brainstorming new ideas to find candidates or troubleshooting ATS problems, there’s always a problem to solve. This keeps me on our toes and makes every day different. Its exciting to be working in talent acquisition with all the innovation that is happening every day, with new emerging solutions that solve every industry pain point you can imagine. Each day, we are also challenging our technology and job board partners to improve or rethink the way things have been done. By adapting new technologies and reconsidering existing ones, we are all moving the TA industry forward and shifting the paradigm. On a larger scale, many of the companies that we partner with do amazing things, so I enjoy being apart of the journey. I believe whatever your role is in talent acquisition, the overarching goal is quite important: helping people find jobs and placing the best talent for the company. I believe I have a lot to offer Mars in its mission of positively impacting the world. Mars is built on five principles, namely quality, responsibility, mutuality, efficiency, and freedom. I can embody and act upon the principle-based behaviors that set how Mars does its business. With the experience and skills I have acquired, I will help Mars work towards its future. I would love to be apart of the Mars family in its mission by providing top-notch services, recruiting competent candidates To help build a better world today,. Besides the personal benefits like personal independence, gaining new skills, working for a top global company, finding the best and right talent for roles, enjoying a professional relationship with Mars colleagues, talent acquisiton has many other benefits that excites me. It will enable me to represent the face of Mars to candidates during the recruitment process and not only allow me to change people's lives but ultimately find the best talent to work at Mars. In addition, I have strong personal attributes to help the company achieve its goals. So far in my career to date, I have achieved so much, and I have been immensely rewarded for that. For instance, I have received the company record, top recruiter award within four months of service at Cielo talent. I have achieved and surpassed company records and named recruiter of the year subsequently in previous roles. Furthermore, I was presented with the Team Colleague Award at Lloyds Banking group for outstanding quality and productivity. I successfully developed T-Mobile and Lloyds' profitable recruitment business with leading employees and much more. With years of working in different companies, I have learned through exposure to various businesses and working with different stakeholders. Therefore, I have gained experiences along the way by maximizing my strengths, which makes me confident that I would make invaluable contributions to Mars. Diversity I have worked closely with the senior leadership teams at The Coca-Cola Company around diversity in Pakistan in India regarding the gender gap in females. Gender in society today is one of the biggest obstacles towards achieving an equal society today. Today's gap between men and women in education and job empowerment is being closed slowly, and progress is gradually being noticed across various divides. The empowerment of women ensures that women have more choices for improved lifestyles and wellbeing. The involvement of women in big companies such as Coca-Cola depends on women's empowerment at the grass root levels. In Pakistan, women make up half of the country's population; however, they take up a small portion of the job market compared to the male counterparts in the country. According to statistics, in November, 2020 there were 275 000 jobs lost and women account for 80% of this jobs, this already punctures the participation of women in the labor market which has been low, the participation of women in the market is expected to hit a 33% new low at the end of the year 2020 (Javaid, Khan, & Siddiq, 2020). Culture and women empowerment is essential to achieve equality in the job market. This gender gap in the labor market can be attributed to the cultural and traditional roles that women have been given in the countries. Women in these countries take part in traditional roles such as agriculture. To overcome these barriers in the market, employers need to see beyond the barriers of culture and traditions in these countries and empower women based on their skills and qualifications. The Coca-Cola Company recently empowered 1.2 million women globally from its target of empowering five million women worldwide. In Pakistan alone, more than 10000 women were empowered through the program. Through empowerment, women can be educated and employed in big companies to ensure that the issue of gender differences has been nullified in the countries. In light of this, I placed over 80% of females into new roles across India and Pakistan. There is still more to be done in the Pakistan labor market in ensuring that women are employed in various corporate organizations. The Coca Cola initiative ensured that more women were employed and empowered; hence there is a need for more empowerment programs that the company can initiate. There is still a need for training programs for women in the country to ensure that the huge amounts of illiterate women in the industry are equipped with skills to ensure that the government employs them. There is also a need for women to be appointed in the top positions in the company, which will ensure that women are motivated, and effective policies are made for women employment in Pakistan. Recommendations & Feedback My proven track record and positive feedback from clients and companies I have worked for say enough about my capabilities and potential. I believe Mars to help it achieve its goals based on the foundation of its guiding five principles
