SWOT analysis is, a strategic planning tool, used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of a project, or an enterprise or any other situation in which an organisation or individual has to make a decisions to achieve an objective. The analysis may concern the internal environment (analysing strengths and weaknesses) or the external environment of an organization (analysing threats and opportunities). The final objective of this analysis is to combine the strengths with the opportunities to determine a clear path to success, or to discover the weaknesses that should be avoided in the organizational strategy. the SWOT analysis is very useful to me to evaluate the current location of my tourist destination, helped me to find out what works well and what, Instead, it does not go; allowed me to create a general picture of my tourist destination helping me to understand how to reach my goals of revival, and especially what are the factors that could hinder me. The factors of SWOT analysis are: Internal factors: Strengths : are unique resources that distinguish the tourist destination from all the others. Weaknesses : are limitations or situations which create disadvantages to the tourist destination. External factors: Opportunities : represent the external opportunities that arise, which can grow the tourist destination, like projects organised by public or private bodies. Threats : include everything that can negatively affect the tourist destination that comes from outside such as the world pandemic still in circulation.
