Agni sits up to find herself on a giant water lily leaf floating in a clear pool. Just a few feet across, the mighty Hindu goddess, Lakshmi sits cross-legged in an enormous, fuchsia lotus. As she smiles as her, Agni saw the majestic Universe reflect in her astral eyes. Lakshmi’s rosy lips remain still as her soothing voice resonates in Agni’s head, “Do you remember the beginning?” she asked in a soft voice. Agni hadn’t a clue what she meant. “My birth?” Agni answered back, telepathically and to her own amazement. Lakshmi smiled, “In the beginning there was nothing. No love. No heat. No life. No time. Only an endless, frigid void.” Lakshmi’s intricate red and gold sari gleams under the radiant sun. Her four palms of her four hands face outward as she continues. “In a trillionth of a second, the Universe exploded into the vast emptiness.” “Is this how the Universe came to be?” Agni asked. “The manifestation of purpose and meaning,” Lakshmi replied. Behind Lakshmi, two porcelain-skinned elephants stand guard, facing one another. Their trunks, curled up in an S-shape, their front legs raised while their bodies remain half-submerged in the crystalline waters. Lakshmi continues to speak telepathically, “The Universe is a magical realm teeming with wondrous dreams. You are the manifestation of those dreams. Therefore, you must protect your dreams. Your dreams are those of the Universe.”
