In this episode I share with you the 10 tools that are essential for any business to conduct business online successfully. and I’m your host Linda Chitemere, the CEO and founder of CriticalSkills360. Criticalskills360 builds human capital and transforms 2 organisations through skills and productivity learning and tools. The times that we are in currently are unprecedented and require businesses to reimagine the way they operate. I’m sure you have heard this often enough ‘it cannot be business as usual’. There are fears some businesses not making it through this time and many businesses are revisiting their models and strategies to reposition themselves. Yet it is not all gloom and doom. The content we will be sharing in these podcasts will help businesses large and small to navigate through the maze and come out stronger. I have been an entrepreneur for the past 15 years who started out in a strictly brick and mortar business and have now migrated to embracing digital technologies to ease the flow of work and get better insights into my business. My only regret is I wish I had done it earlier before the storm my small business encountered about 5 years back. When Covid-19 hit, it took me back to that time, which was a very painful moment for me in my journey as an entrepreneur. However, I made a conscious decision then to learn from that crisis, and my team and I did a post-mortem where we uncovered some lessons that I would like to share with you today. I do not want anyone or any business to go through what we went through, hence this podcast and I hope it will help you. Most of the tools I will share are also essential for solopreneurs and offline businesses.
