Having worked for almost 2 years in New Zealand I appreciated a health care model characterized by collaboration through integration between services rather than competition. I do believe I can strive to achieve NHS Scotland core values of care and compassion, dignity and respect, but as well openness, honesty and responsibility but also the standards through the quality and the team work within this environment. I do believe I can bring a total commitment, passion and dedication to the Scottish Congenital Heart Service which means I will not only work tirelessly to achieve the goals, but I will do my best to actively bring my expertise coming from professional experiences overseas, academic studies and diverse background. I experience NHS been under pressure during Covid 19 crisis, I am proud of be part of an organisation as whole, and tireless work everyone carries out for our patient. In general, I enjoy working in a challenging environment and I feel I can cope with the pressure of the role.
