Conclusion. Today we are witnessing an increasingly widespread digitization that involves every aspect of our private and working life. New technologies allow us to do what until a few years ago would have been unthinkable, as for example to stay in touch with faraway lands, thanks above all to technological tools such as video, cameras and the internet. This novelty has inevitably brought with it changes: not only can we always contact our friends anywhere, but even work relationships have radically changed, thanks to teleworking and videoconferences. The distance, however, also implies that voice prevails over body as the medium responsible for communication. In this course we have dealt with the body and the voice, different levels of communication, new technologies and new ways to relate to others. Thanks to this course, you have learned the importance of the body, despite its absence, and the consequent need to take care of it, paying attention to the posture. We have focused on the three different levels of communication, verbal, para-verbal and non-verbal and how they have structured themselves with reference to new digital technologies. We then focused on the voice and the importance of breathing. You have learned how to modulate its different inflections, in order to control it during meetings and deal with states of anxiety and stress, common to many of us. You have learned some breathing exercises and others that allow you to manage your voice to the fullest. Since digital technologies are increasingly pervasive, it is necessary to know them and learn what consequences arise from their widespread application. New technologies are radically changing our world, the way we live, speak and relate to others, and even the way we work. Thanks to this course, you have then learned how to deal with all these changes.
