The DHL P&G Operations Team is having 6 working days and 1 day rest day at the end of the week for all its 3 teams. During the rest day of 1 team, the remaining 2 teams will render their duty with overtime, thus having 12 working hours in a day. This incurred huge amount of overtime cost.
