In this video, we will show the functionality of SugarCRM BCC Archive (Lite) Plugin. Go to the Admin panel and open the Module Loader menu. Here, you will see the Lite version of BCC Archive is already installed. Go to the License Module option. Here, you can see the BCC Archive plugin is verified. Next, open the Archiver Inbound Settings and click on the pencil icon next to the email ID. Here, you will have the email address set as the archiver and IMAP configuration. After saving these settings, you will see a success message. Then open the Email Archiver menu and click on the default automated settings option. Here, you will see the inbound email address and other details. Since there's no activity occurred yet, therefore BCC Archive Process Audit showing no records . Next, open the Leads and Contacts module in new tabs. In both modules, you can see the two test leads and contact along with their respective email addresses. Now, we will compose an email. We have put archiver email in BCC and others in To, Subject, and Body. Next, go to the Process Audit menu and refresh the page. Here, you can see the latest fetch email with the sender’s email address. Click on that email. In the detailed view, you will see all targeted email addresses and emails linked with the Leads and Contact module. Open each record in a new tab. Finally, the email is successfully attached to the appropriate record with information like sender email address, subject, etc. Thanks for watching.
