Number 7 on this list is Robert William Fisher. He is wanted for allegedly killing his wife and two young children and then blowing up the house in which they all lived in Scottsdale, Arizona in April of 2001. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Robert William Fisher. On June 29, 2002 Fisher was named as the 475th fugitive to be placed on the list of the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives. He was married to Mary Cooper and he was described to be , distant and controlling toward his family. Once he even turned a garden hose on Mary his wife after she spoke out of turn. They fought a lot and he was embarrassed by his children and once tried to teach them how to swim by throwing them off a boat. Fisher had a one-night affair with a prostitute that ended with him getting a urinary tract infection that left him ill for several days in December 2000. That led to a lot of fighting between him and his wife and they even had to go see a marriage therapist But clearly Fisher didn't want that because of his parents divorce when he was a kid that left him traumatized. He shot his wife and slashed their two children's throats from ear to ear. Then he rigged their furnace's gas line to explode thinking that it would erase the evidence of his crime. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Robert William Fisher. Next at number 6 we have Alexis Flores He is wanted for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping and murder of a five-year-old girl named Iriana DeJesus, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The girl was reported missing in late July of 2000, and five days later on August, 3, 2000 her body was found strangled to death in the basement of an empty apartment building where Carlos, a homeless man is believed to have stayed. She had been sexually assaulted, strangled and wrapped in a trash bag. In 2004 the police came to Flores' residence in response to a noise complaint. After giving fraudulent identity documents to police, Flores was arrested for possession of a forgery device, a felony in Arizona and was deported to Honduras after being in prison for 60 days In 2006, Flores' DNA sample taken in Arizona was added to the Combined DNA Index System and In March 2007, his DNA sample positively matched to the DNA found at the crime scene in Philadelphia. It has been determined that "Carlos" and Flores are the same person. But at that point, he had already disappeared after going into hiding back in Honduras. Now there is a slim chance of finding him. He can be easily identified because of scars on his forehead and right cheek.
