Hi, I am Harikrishnan. I manage neibre on behalf of the Promoters. I come with a Corporate Experience of around 23 years, in Sales & Distribution, Business Analytics, Distribution Technology & Digital Stack Development & Implementation, for FMCG & Financial Services Industries. I Have worked with brands like DHFL, Tata, A.I.A, HDFC, ICICI, ITC and Unilever during these 23 years. There are 2 major reasons why I wanted to attempt this kind of a business model. The first one being, my ground level experience with FMCG Distribution channels and the insights I have captured on very complex challenges which exist there, not just because of lack of technology support, but because of the lack of a coordinated effort to set up processes which is supported by technology. The second reason being my own experience with building Distribution Technology platforms, which are heavy on process & controls but triggering human actions, which eventually translate to business. Neibre attempts to solve the root level issues of a traditional brick and mortar distribution model, which is more focussed on Market Credits & Stock in Hand and to translate it in to a Digital Distribution Model, where virtual sales of physical products happen. From a Stock & Sell life cycle, we would want to create a new Lifecycle of Discover, Recommend, Educate & Sell merging the Flexibility of Ecommerce with the Personalisation in Traditional Commerce. My favourite entrepreneur is Mr Sachin Bansal. In fact i got an opportunity to interact with him in one of my previous organisations. The reason being, his way of approaching businesses with a focus on unleashing the complexities of all parts of the business, be it product, process, controls or the experience..
