All the popular anime have both good story and good animation. But in some anime, the story is great but the animation is so poorly created. Also some anime have good animation but bad story. So today we will talk about, what should be the main focus in an anime, animation or story? First of all, I want to talk about why good animation is wanted. Most of the anime are adapted by light novels or manga. When a reader reads a light novel, they have to imagine how the characters are, what is the situation & etc. When a light novel becomes popular because of its story, most of the time it gets an anime adaptation. But if the animation is not good, people will be mad, it's normal. However, the manga's are drawn and readers can see the characters and the situations. But all the manga's are black and white and sometimes we don't want to read the manga but to watch the anime adaptation. In this case also if the anime adaptation is bad, people will be mad. So i think good animation is really important in the anime adaptation cause that keeps the story balanced. So i think some manga or light novels should better not be adapted, cause the result might be like ‘‘Berserk’’ & ‘‘The Seven Deadly Sins’’ or ‘‘Ex-Arm’’.
