Good Afternoon ladies and gentlemen. It is a great pleasure for me to introduce our speaker today, who will talk to us about Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity or the VUCA Leadership. He is a Trainer, Consultant, Human Resource, and Organization Development Practitioner for over twelve years. As a Trainer and Consultant, he has designed and customized programs like Leadership, Management, and Team Development and Strategic Planning for big companies such as Metrobank, Jollibee, Chowking, Profriends, Sony Films, Delloitte, and Family Mart. He was also a Corporate Personnel Manager of RFM and assigned to provide the HR needs of RFM Milk and Juice where he was exposed to Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiation and dealing with Union officers and members. He has extensive experience in training and managing people, forecasting, preparing, and implementing annual budgets, procurement of manpower, organizational development, and compensation, and benefits.
