In this video, we will show you the functionality of the SugarCRM Recycle Bin Premium extension. In the Module Loader, you can see Recycle Bin “Premium” is installed. Also, the license key is verified and the status is active as well. In the Record Restore Manager (After Installation), there are no deleted records after plugin installation. Then, we’ll go to the leads module. Here we have created two test leads. You can see here in both leads, we have added email addresses and also attached relationships like Calls and Meetings. Now, we will delete both tests leads one by one. After refreshing the leads module, it is clear that both records are deleted. Now, go back to Record Restore Manager and refresh the page. Here, you can see both deleted leads are secured. Next, after selecting all records, we will bulk restore them at once. After the restoration process is complete, you can see the total number of restored records. Open the Leads Module again and refresh the page. Here, you’ll find both test leads are recovered back to their original state. After opening them, you will be able to see that emails and other attached relationships whether it is Calls or Meetings are successfully restored.
