This example shows the different Voice Portal licensing items that are consumed in an I.V.R. interaction. while the call is in the queue, the interaction is consuming a Queue license. After getting digits from a customer, the license consumed is now Voice Prompting. If we have a database access or an external call to a different system, the license is Voice Portal, and after an enqueue, the license item is again Queue until the call ends.
