How to identify traps. A lot of the time it is easy to identify a biological male due to frame, facial features, and voice. However if hormones are taken from a young age or the male happens to have feminine features or a lot of money for surgery has been invested, then a more convincing trap is created. In these few cases some more in depth analysis is required. Shoulders. It may not be obvious to tell the bone structure of a trap and a woman apart but if you look closely at the ratio of the shoulders to hips you will find men tent to have broader shoulders while women have wider hips. Of course some women have broad shoulders and some men have wide hips. None of these points will confirm the biological gender of someone for certain but they may help in identification. The neck. Western women are usually not self conscious about their necks of all places, so they are usually visible even in professional clothing. If you see a large adams apple it is almost certainly a biological male, however if the front of the neck is covered it is a red flag that this person may be a trap. Feet. This is a more interesting method of finding red flags. The biological sex of an adult skeleton can be determined with 95% accuracy by measuring the hip bones alone, 83% accuracy by the skull, and 80% accuracy by the long bones (femur & tibia). I don’t expect anyone to measure these scientifically but it is an option as a last resort. An easier method of checking bone structure would be to look at the ape index. You don’t need to calculate this but it can be helpful to check the length of the arms compared to hight. Men tend to have longer arms proportionally so if that cute girl across the road has suspiciously long arms you might want to be careful and take things slow. The best piece of advice I can give on identifying traps is to look at men and women you see in real life and try to find your own methods. Let me know if you have any good suggestions.
