We are going to go over the steps for Module Installation. To start with- Personnel protective equipment that is required to be worn during the installation are- Safety Shoes Helmet Safety Jacket Hand gloves Tools that would be required are- Torque Machine Torque Wrench Scissors Measuring Tape Line Dori To start installation place mid clips on purlins. It is recommended that two workers should start placing mid clips from either end of the table. While one worker should start from the center. Insert mid claps in the gap and then slide forward as shown. Placing these mid clips on a 9 pile tray only takes 4 minutes and 50 seconds with 3 workers Now we would be talking about the Opening module box. First, cut the strip with scissors as shown. The upper cover can be removed so it won't be an obstacle while we perform the installation. Instructions given on the box should be followed for opening. Two workers should lift the module from each end and carry it as shown. A worker should stand in the middle for module handling. Now one worker should go back to the module box while the other should place the clips on the bottom purlin as shown. A worker on the middle row places the top clip. Now the other two workers should follow the same step thus placing the module simultaneously on the bottom purlin. Continue placing till the last module of the row. Placing the module on a bottom row takes 14 minutes with 5 people. Alignment of the bottom row First, measure the distance as per design Then tighten the end clip with the torque machine to constrain the movement of the module. Follow the same tightening procedure at the other end of the purlin. Now tie line Dori as shown at one end with the small cardboard piece at the end of the module. Now tie line Dori to the other end of the purlin so that it makes a straight line to check the alignment Tightening of the module During tightening one worker should stand at the bottom end of the module while the other should stand at the top end. Both should use a torque machine for tightening and place it on a cardboard piece as shown so that module glass is not damaged. The worker bends the board with the help of a torque wrench as shown. Ensure module bottom edges are paralleled with the line dori before tightening the modules. Tightening of the bottom row on a 9 pile tray will take 24 minutes with 3 workers Now place the module on the top row as shown. Placing module on a top row takes 16 minutes with 5 workers Tightening modules of the top row Place a wooden piece to keep a gap between the modules. Then tighten the bolts with the torque machine as shown followed by a torque wrench Now slide forward the wooden piece as shown and continue with tightening. Tightening of the module of the top row takes 22 minutes with 2 workers. After installation proper housekeeping should be done. All strips should be collected and tied into a bundle. The wooden base support of the module box should be handled by two workers as shown.
