some things to take notes are: The licensing for the Voice Portal group is enforced dynamically and influenced by the actual call control script. All active Automated Agents ports, either under control of Altitude Communication Server or Queued Routing Points, will require a “Queue” license to be online. If V.X.M.L. scripts are used, you will require Voice Portal licenses for the duration of the call, until distributed to an agent. Only ports configured as “outbound” ports will be able to make outbound calls (used for proactive automated contact). The “Proactive Voice Portal” license will be consumed while the port is online. Ports with “Queue” license can play announcements. The “enqueue” operation will liberate all consumed licenses (if any) of this group. If a D.T.M.F. input is executed, then you will require a Voice Prompt license. This license will be liberated by an “en queue” operation. If a database access, external function call or A.S.R. plus TTS operation is executed, then you will need a “Voice Portal” license. This license will be released by an “enqueue” command. After the enqueue the script will continue to run. If a de queue is made, the other licensing items are required to do the special input or external access operations. In that case the “higher” license will be consumed and will only be liberated once the script ends.
