Let's see an example on how to calculate the number of media licenses. In this example, you have 10 agents in your contact center, all of them managing voice calls, and 4 agents also manage email. Using this scenario, you have two options. The first option is to create two campaigns, one for voice and another one for email. On the voice campaign, you specify 10 media licenses for voice, and on the email campaign, you specify 4 licenses for email. In total, you propose 14 media licenses. The second option is to create only one campaign, having all agents handle voice and email. In this case, you have 20 licenses, for the 10 agents.
