Additional rules for media licensing are: The choice of media must be done at the campaign level, and all agents in a campaign must be handling the same type of media interactions. Media licensing is done by concurrent seats, and the licensing is checked at the agent login based on what is defined on the campaign configurations. So, you should license as many items as your peak estimation of the number of agents handling simultaneous interactions of that type on your busiest campaign. Every agent assigned to more than one campaign will at most consume one media license, if any of the campaigns where it is assigned specifies the use of that media.
