Go to the Admin panel and search for the BCC Archiver. Next, click on the Licence Module for Outright Product List option. Here, click on the plugin named Outright BCC Archive, and in the next window enter your License Key and then click on the view change log option. Go back to the Outright License page and click on the Validate now button, located at the right side of the screen. Confirm the License Key validation. Now in the Admin section, select open the Archiver Inbound Settings. Here, you can see that license is now successfully validated. In the Inbound Settings window, you need to set the email address as an archiver and password as well. If you want then you can even select a custom date. After that, click on the Save button. As you can see the configuration has been done successfully. Now we will test the functionality by using one of our contacts. Here, you can clearly see there is no email address attached to the history. Compose a new email with the contact’s email address into the “To” field and archiver email address in the “BCC” field. Also, add another Email ID in the body and subject if you want to. Now, check whether the email address is attached or not. For this, select the Process Audit option from the Archiver Inbound Settings window. Refresh the page and then you can see every detail like the sender and all other targeted email addresses.
