Once the user has completed its changes, by clicking on the “submit” button, the section state switches to “submitted”, waiting for the assessment by the user responsible for the modified section. The changes can be approved or rejected. In the example, the changes have been validated and the state of the section become “approved”. The user responsible for the document section can also reject the changes, providing its rationale through the insertion of a comment. The section with the rejected changes will get back to the “in edit” status and it will be available for new changes. It’s always possible to visualize all workflow steps and the related comments. A further feature is the possibility to translate one or more parts of the document in another language. By accessing to the document properties, you can set the main language and the derived language. In this example, the languages have been switched, setting the English as main language and the Italian as the derived language. By refreshing the document, the system will translate the tables entries. The tool is useful also in case the company wants to publish the Voluntary Disclosure, by building up the whole document through every single sections, in a way similar to the NFR case. At the end of the drafting activities, Sturnis allows the integration with marketing tools, such as Adobe InVision, by which to finalize the report with the graphical components and publish the final PDF. In the example, you can view the report being finalized and exported in PDF.
